use | is an organic synthesis intermediate and a pharmaceutical intermediate that can be used in laboratory research and development processes and chemical and pharmaceutical synthesis processes. |
Preparation | Add 1mL of trifluoromethanesulfonic acid to a 4mL CH2Cl2 solution of 0.093g(0.4mmol) 1-BOC-4-methoxypiperidine at room temperature and stir the mixture for 2 hours. 20mL saturated K2 CO3 solution was added to the reaction mixture and extracted with CH2Cl2. The combined organic layers were dried with MgSO4, filtered, concentrated in the filtrate to give the title compound, which used 4-methoxymethylpiperidine without further purification. |
